Earmuffs is an enchanting hazy winter IPA that embraces the season’s serene chill through the use of CRYO hops, a hop product created by freezing raw hop cones to sub-zero temperatures with liquid nitrogen before shattering them, sifting the lupulin and pressing that green goodness into pellets that provide accentuated aromas and flavors. Expect intense notes of lime, melon, bright berries, pink grapefruit, dried roses and pine resin contributed by a blend of CRYO Cashmere and Talus hops. | ABV: 6.5%

Phases of the Moon – Volume Two is a farmhouse saison fermented with Belgian yeast before extended aging in chardonnay barrels with brettanomyces. Subtle earthy notes from brettanomyces add complexity and a dry finish that keeps each sip crisp and inviting. Drift into the tropics with Tropical OctoHaze, an amped-up take on the original hazy IPA. Brewed with Mosaic, Galaxy and Nectaron hops, this version bursts with juicy waves of passion fruit, papaya and peach. The tenth release in a series of collaborations with breweries from around the country to bring the mighty Voltron to life, Voltron Volume Ten is an insanely fruity hazy IPA brewed with Cinderlands Beer Company from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It features El Dorado and Eclipse hops with HAAS’ Cosmic Guava Euphorics, a blend of essential oils derived from hops and other botanical sources, and Abstrax Hops’ skyfarm passion fruit terpenes. The beer bursts with massive notes of guava, sweet mandarin, passion fruit, pineapple and subtle pine needles, all balanced by an airy malt base composed of pale malt, white wheat and flaked oats. | ABV: 7%
