Founded in the LaSalle Park neighborhood in 2011, 4 Hands Brewing Company has grown to become the largest craft brewery in the St. Louis area. Brewing a wide range of year-round, seasonal and limited release beers, 4 Hands is also home to 1220 Spirits, a botanically inspired craft distillery, and Withered Oak, a line of uniquely finished and artfully blended whiskeys. With a strong focus on community support and philanthropy, the brewery has given back over $375,000 to local nonprofits through its City Wide Mission.

![As we approach the 10th anniversary of City Wide APA and our City Wide Mission, we’re proud to introduce the third of four partners for 2026, the International Institute of St. Louis.
The International Institute of St. Louis helps immigrants and refugees successfully integrate into life in the U.S. by providing services like English and citizenship classes, job training and placement, resource navigation and community-building programs to foster a welcoming, prosperous and healthy region for all.
We are heartbroken and outraged by the violence and fear inflicted on immigrant communities and those who stand with them. We stand for dignity, humanity and truth and against policies that rely on fear, falsehoods and intimidation.
Every case of City Wide APA sold in the St. Louis area gives back. We’ll donate $1 per case, shared evenly between Make-A-Wish and three incredible local organizations we’ll be introducing in the coming weeks. Since 2016, we’ve partnered with over 35 nonprofits and given over $400,000 back to our community and we have you to thank for allowing us to continue our mission to be more than beer.
